Q. Can I change my password?

A. Yes, select the My Account link located on the bottom left side of the screen. It will allow you to update your account.


Q. Do I have to enter my credit card every time I place an order?

A. No, if we have a credit card on file, you may select the Pay by Invoice Later option. We will charge your on file credit card when your items are shipped.


Q. Which Shipping option should I use?

A. We have selected 2 shipping options to serve our customers...

  • The First option is 3rd Party Bill. This option is set to charge a $5.00 box charge for each bean bag you order. This option is suited for eCommerce accounts that have there own FedEx or UPS account.
  • The Second option is LTL Prepay and Add. This option is for our brick and mortar accounts. The shipping charge will be calculated and added to the order once submitted.

Q. If I am an existing account, do I need to register on this site?

A. No, all of our existing customers have open accounts. Please Call: 803-939-0450 or Email: us for your login information.


Q. Do you have UPC Codes available for your items?

A. We have UPC Codes for about 80% of of our product line. These can be supplied upon request.


Q. Where can I get bean bag images for my web site?

A. Images can be downloaded from a protected zip file over the internet. Please contact us for download information. New product images can also be found on in this file.


Q. Do you have any product guarantee or warranty policies?

A. At this time we do not offer any guarantee or warranty for our products. Any Manufacturer Defect will be corrected for customer satisfaction.


Q. How do I know if items are in stock?

A. Our inventory turns over constantly, we consider all items to be in stock throughout the year unless otherwise notified by email.


Q.Do you offer expedited shipping?

A. Because of current FedEx and UPS shipping rates we do not offer expedited shipping.


Q. Can we include our own inserts with our Drop-Shipments?

A. We currently service many companies with drop-ship agreements. With all these packages leaving daily we request not to attached inserts to packages so we may maintain our fast shipping for your customers.
