Drop-Ship Order / Shipping Information

How to Open a Drop-Ship Account:

Opening a wholesale account with the Bean Bag Boys has never been easier! Our Drop-Ship program is an uncomplicated procedure to ensure success of your customers satisfaction.

We ask you print out this page containing the Drop-Ship Policy Agreement and Fax it back to us signed with your company name, credit card information (to be retained on file for orders placed online), signature, and date.

You may also call us at 800-755-3876 to supply your credit card information.

We also ask you log onto our website with the following link: https://www.beanbagboys.com/SignIn.jsp and create an account. You will generate a Username and Password and complete information about your company. You will receive an email confirming your account creation, but you will not be able to access your account immediately Please allow us 1 business day to review your account application.

Once completed, an email will be sent to you containing your username and password allowing you access to your account online. You are now ready to place orders.

Drop-Ship Orders:

Orders are to be submitted via internet. Orders not submitted via the internet, requiring manual entry, are subject to a $8.00 processing fee. Orders will generally ship within 48 hours January through September. October, November, and December orders are subject to availability and may be delayed up to 96 hours from the time of receipt. If orders cannot be shipped within that time frame, you will be notified via email immediately. Orders may be cancelled, but must be done ASAP due to rapid shipping. If your order has shipped before changes or cancellation, Bean Bag Boys will not be responsible for shipping charges. All drop ship orders will ship FedEx or UPS Ground via U.S. continental 48 states, no international or expedited shipping is available.

FedEx and UPS Delivery:

All drop ship orders will ship FedEx or UPS Ground via U.S. continental 48 states, no international or expedited shipping is available. All packages ship in blind packaging. A shiping label will be applied to the outside of the box containing your supplied purchase order number and our sales order number. All charges will be billed 3rd party to your FedEx or UPS account number. An $8.00 Box and Handling fee will be applied to each packaged shipped.

We CANNOT SHIP to any APO & FPO address. Any orders submitted with this address will be discarded.

 Tracking information will be available via email, invoice, and on your internet accessed account history.

How to Place an Order:

Please make the selections and quantity of bean bags desired. When all bean bags are entered select the shopping cart link. There you will be able to view your selections, please make sure they are correct. When complete with the shopping cart select the checkout link, from there you will edit the shipping address, if needed. Also select the correct shipping and payment options for your account. Any order that requires a credit card to ship will be held if the credit card number is not presented at the time of order. After submission you will receive an email confirming your order.

Return Information

Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please use the PO# supplied at the time of purchase. If the item is defective, or an incorrect item shipped, we will ask the end customer to donate the item to a worthy charity & obtain a donation receipt. This needs to be forwarded to us so that your account can be properly credited.

 If the end customer wishes to return the product for any reason other than defect, THEY will need to sip the product back prepaid.  NO item will be received freight collect.  Please have your customer return to the following: Your Company Name, 341 Riverchase Way, Lexington, SC 29072 & reference the RAN.  In this case, your account will only be credited the amount of the ITEM less a $15.00 Return / Restocking Fee.

Defective / Abused Product

It is important that you determine whether a product is defective against workmanship or simply a product of abuse. Please use the following information in your determination.

From time to time we have a defective beanbag, typically due to bad sewing, or poor printing. If the item is indeed defective, please notify Bean Bag Boys immediately for instructions. If an item has been shipped incorrectly, please notify us as well.

If the bean bag has been abused and your customer wishes for it to be repaired, please empty the bean bag of its contents. Your customer can then ship the empty beanbag to us along with a letter including the PO# and the address for the return of the repaired empty beanbag. You or your customer is responsible for all freight. Please note your card will be charged a $10.00 repair charge.

Defective Stitching:

Note this seam is defective because the stitching has broken or skipped and began to unravel. Notice the visible needle punctures where the seam would attach.

Seam Abuse:

Note this seam is caused from abuse. The vinyl has given way, stretched, due to excessive tension placed on the bottom. Children jumping repeatedly onto their beanbags often cause this.

Freight Damage / Loss:

If a package has been delivered with noticeable exterior damage please have the customer inspect the item before accepting. If the package has been accepted or was left at the delivery location we must be notified of the damage within 10 business days of delivery. This allows us to assist in filing a claim with the freight company for the damaged product. After the 10 period, Bean Bag Boys will not be held responsible for damages.

If the package has been lost or stolen we will file a claim with the carrier and a replacement will be shipped out immediately.


Default terms are Master Card, Visa, or Discover. Shipments are charged at the time of order & paid invoices will be available for your records. 

Miscellaneous Information

No charge backs will be allowed under any circumstances. We will provide customer service to you, NOT your customer.

The Bean Bag Boys is not responsible for updating any information through your web system. You are responsible for updating in/out-of-stock items. We will send email updates to keep you posted on our current fashions and trends.

Bean Bag Product Images can be downloaded at the following link: www.beanbagboys.com/images.zip. An excel file containg product information may be supplied upond request.

We do not label shipping packages with your name. They are shipped in a brown corrugated box with a shipping label that reads: Warehouse, 341 Riverchase Way, Lexington, SC 29072. This address can be used if the customer wishes to return the product.
